YOU GROW GIRL!

Bring your gardening gloves and clothes that can get dirty as we learn all about the cycle of homegrown fruits and vegetables. We’ll tour a garden and see how our local veggies are planted, pollinated and harvested. Since we’re Girl Scouts, of course, we’ll play a game and sing a song. We’ll discover why insects are both good and bad for your garden and then we’ll see how green our thumbs are as we create and plant a miniature garden to take home and watch grow.
Note: Pack a sack dinner; snack provided.
