Welcome to Summer Fun 2012! 

We are excited that you will be attending camp this summer.  In order for you and your camper to be ready for a successful stay at camp we have prepared a Welcome Packet and provided all necessary forms here on this site.  Please download and read through the Welcome Packet with your camper first.  If you cannot download the packet we can provide a hard copy by mail or fax.  Contact Joanna Conrath, Camp Registrar, at 608-276-8500 x 4303 or camp@gsbadgerland.org.       

Information in the Welcome Packet includes:

• Program details including date, time, and location
• List of required forms
• Packing List
• And more!

Once you have read through the Welcome Packet please download the forms found   The forms are in PDF format and most can be filled in on the computer and printed out. 

• Girl Health History for SUMMER FUN
• Camper Release Form
• Activity Liability Release Form (only for certain programs)
